  • Part qualification in Banking (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and related applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flair for excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee centralized operations for personal and housing loans
  • Support marketing promotions and assist branches with client visits
  • Conduct training/awareness programs as needed
  • Prepare reports for PFS products
  • Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines
