Position: Banking Trainee

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age:

   • Candidates must be between 18 to 24 years old.

2. Educational Qualifications:
   Option 1:

   • Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with:
     • 6 subjects, including Mathematics, with 4 "C" passes.
     • "A" or "B" pass in English in a single sitting.
       Option 2:
   • Passed Edexcel or Cambridge (O/L) with:
     • 6 subjects, including Mathematics and English, with 3 "B" passes and 3 "C" passes in a single sitting.

3. Additional Qualifications:
   Candidates must fulfill at least one of the following:

   • Passed G.C.E. (A/L) with 3 "S" passes for main subjects in a single sitting (excluding General English).
   • Passed Edexcel or Cambridge (A/L) with 3 "C" passes.
   • Completed CIMA, CMA, or ACCA up to operational or skill level.
   • Completed CIM (UK) up to diploma level.
   • Completed IABF at the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
   • AAT-passed finalist.
   • Completed a full-time Diploma in IT from a UGC-approved institute.

Program Duration

• 1 year: If you have one year's experience in banking or as a Banking Trainee.
• 1.5 years: If you have a recognized degree or internship experience of at least 11 months.
• 1.5 years: If you are pursuing a degree and graduate during the program.
